Where to contact me?

Why?

Short version: This blog post exists specifically for people who want to contact me for whatever reason.

Long version: I am sometimes on any platform like Reddit and people in the past have tried to contact me outside of Discord to no avail (besides YouTube under comments section of my videos). This leaves confusion since they expect me to reply even tho i’m inactive there.

There are plenty of examples but i will only show a few of those platforms that i’m unlikely to reply:

  1. Twitter (or X): I have left this platform a very long time ago for personal reasons but mainly because it was too depressing to deal with hence my decision to quit. The account is rarely used (except for rare moments where i tweet something and then go inactive again). Do not expect me to reply there if you want to talk to me about something.
  2. Reddit: Reddit does have a DM feature sorta of but i only use Reddit for viewing certain posts related to my interest. It’s not taken seriously and i’m most of the time inactive there besides those moments of me reading posts.
  3. Game platforms (e.g Roblox): Don’t really play them most of the time. Also, Roblox is banned in my country so it’s not like i can do much besides using a VPN (nor that i really want to play there).
  4. BlueSky: An alternative to Twitter. My account only exists there because at the time, i wanted to try out BlueSky when it was still in beta limiting the signups to register codes. From there, i was active for a brief period of time post-beta until i made my decision to disable my account completely due to reasons i would rather not get into.
  5. Mastodon: Literally only there to look at the platform and test stuff.

Proper ways to contact me are the following:

  1. Discord: This is the most active platform i’m using and it’s the easiest way to contact me. Friend requests to DM may fail tho so you might have to temporarily join my (inactive) Discord server to be able to DM me. You can join the server here.
  2. Fluxer: This is a recent alternative to Discord that i’m sometimes active on. It should be alright to DM me there. Username: dodogames#1317
  3. Matrix: Although not as active as the last 2, i’m still on it at very very random times. I sometimes come there to chat about stuff in Public spaces and then disappear (tho i would check DMs during the times i’m active). Username: @dodogames:tchncs.de
